I contributed to the Unreal Engine integration pipeline for Little Hope as part of the outsourcing team at Sparx* (Virtuos). My work focused on implementing, validating, and troubleshooting gameplay and cinematic features to support Supermassive Games’ in-engine requirements.

Key Contributions (Non-confidential Overview)

  • Integrated Blueprint logic for in-game interactions, triggers, and scripted gameplay events.
  • Implemented and polished Sequencer shots, including camera transitions, timing, and focal adjustments.
  • Debugged collision issues, animation offsets, visual popping, and shading inconsistencies across various scenes.
  • Validated character and prop imports in-engine to ensure correct behavior, orientation, and animation playback.
  • Performed lighting checks and adjusted post-process parameters to match the intended cinematic mood.
  • Supported implementation testing and resolved Unreal-related issues reported during playthrough and scene reviews.
  • Ensured visual continuity and stability across multiple shots to meet Supermassive Games’ performance and presentation standards.
